A new painting will be created specifically for you by the artist who created the original design. It will closely follow the colors, composition and overall character of the artwork shown, but natural variations in brushwork and texture will make your painting one of a kind. Every painting is created by hand on canvas and is not a print.

Yes. Once your painting is complete, we will send you photos for approval. You may request reasonable refinements if something needs adjusting. Your painting will ship only after you have approved it.

Please allow approximately 12–21 business days for painting, drying, stretching or framing, quality inspection and packing. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location. We will email you tracking information as soon as your painting ships.

Unstretched – The canvas ships rolled in a sturdy mailing tube. You’ll need to stretch it onto a stretcher frame before hanging. This can be done at home or by a local frame shop.

Stretched – The canvas arrives already stretched on a wooden stretcher frame, complete with back wiring on heavy-duty D-rings, ready to hang right out of the box.

Framed – The stretched canvas comes set in a float frame (you choose the color). It arrives back wired and ready to hang.

Yes. We welcome custom requests and may be able to adjust the size or color palette to better suit your space. Please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the changes and confirm availability.

Shipping is free within the U.S. mainland. Your painting will be carefully packaged, fully insured and shipped with tracking from our Nevada studio.

We also ship internationally. Please contact us with your complete delivery address for a shipping quote. International duties and import taxes, when applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Every painting is securely packaged and fully insured. If the shipping box appears crushed or damaged, please photograph it before opening and keep all packaging materials. Contact us immediately with photos of the box and artwork so we can file a shipping claim and arrange a replacement.

Because your painting is created specifically for you, made-to-order and custom paintings cannot be returned, refunded or canceled once the order has been placed and work has begun.

To make sure you are completely comfortable with the finished artwork, we will send you approval photos and make reasonable refinements before it ships.
