All artwork ships FedEx ground from our Nevada studio.

Delivery is 1 - 5 business days depending on your state/zip code from the day we ship.

Yes, you will receive photos of the painting for approval before we ship to you.

Ready To Ship Art:
Takes 2 to 3 business days for us to ship.

Ready To Ship Art Framed:
It takes 7 to 12 business days for your custom frame to arrive to our studio, please expect about 14 days for your framed painting to ship.

Custom Artwork:
Takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on our current volume.

Freight Artwork:
Takes 3 to 4 weeks depending on our current volume.

TRACKING - We will email you your tracking information as soon as we ship your artwork so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

SHIPPING INSURANCE - Is included with every art purchase.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED - Is automatically added and required by FedEx for insurance on purchases valued over $499.00.

Yes, we ship all over the world!
It's most cost efficient to ship overseas unstretched canvas rolled in a tube where you can have your painting stretched at your local frame shop.

If you are interested in a painting please contact us and be sure to leave a full address including country, city and postal code so we can give you an accurate ship quote.

IMPORTANT: We have never had a painting damaged due to shipping, our packaging is crazy strong. If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box and painting to launch their investigation. All paintings are fully insured.

IF POSSIBLE: When you receive your painting, if the box looks crushed, the best thing to do is to take a photo of the box (before you open it), just in case the painting is damaged inside. This will be a huge help with filing a claim against the delivery company. Thank you.

If your painting is damaged during shipping as our priority we will immediately create a new painting for you and ship it out to replace the damaged one.

Return Policy

~GUARANTEE EXCHANGES, RETURNS & STORE CREDIT.

READY TO SHIP PAINTINGS NOT INCLUDING PRIVATE COLLECTION ART: It's incredibly important to us that our clients are happy with their new painting. If you are not happy with your painting, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for a store credit. Please contact the gallery within 3 days of receiving your painting for your return confirmation.
 
Buyer pays return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped back to us fully insured with a tracking number. Paintings must be returned in the same condition as it arrived to you in.

Please keep in mind that XL paintings can run over $200 to ship.

MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM PAINTINGS: As soon as any custom or made to order paintings are purchased there are no returns. We promise you our artists will work on the art until you love it! 

PRIVATE COLLECTION PAINTINGS: Due to the value of these pieces and the pack/ship process, there are no refunds or cancellations. We are always happy to send you additional photos of the artwork before you purchase.

DISCOUNTED PAINTINGS & ARTWORK ON SALE:
All sales are final.

DAMAGED ART DUE TO SHIPPING:
If a made to order/custom painting is damaged due to shipping we will make you our 1st priority and recreate your artwork right away. We will also need to work with you to file a claim against the shipper. Please refer to shipping FAQs.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRINTS: There are no refunds or cancellations on any downloadable items.

Custom Artwork

These are paintings that have sold but can be recreated very close to the original displayed in the listing as soon as they are purchased. These paintings are all 100% hand painted originals. The artists always use the exact colors and composition of the artwork in the listing to assure the recreated painting is as close to the original as possible.

The artist will normally start on your painting as soon as it's ordered. A custom or recreated painting can take between 5 to 14 days to complete depending on supplies and demand. For an accurate time frame it's always best to CONTACT the gallery.

You will be delighted to know that we stay in touch with you every step of the way from start to finish. We will then send you photos of your new painting when it's complete. This is where you can approve it for shipping or ask for any changes to be made. As soon as your painting is dry and ready to ship, we will send you your tracking info so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

~CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL IF I'M NOT A MEMBER?

YES! Anyone with a credit card, debit card or bank account can use PayPal effortlessly. It is one of the fastest, safest and most convenient ways to make payments over the internet.

Elevate Art Gallery will never ask for your personal financial information. When checking out through PayPal or Stripe direct credit card services, you will be directed into their secure site to make and complete your payment and then redirected back to the art gallery.

~SHIPPING AND HANDLING. 

FAST SHIPPING - Our ready to ship paintings always ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared. Shipping is via FedEx within the US mainland and UPS/USPS International. (Please Note: If you order a frame please allow 7 to 10 business days for the frame to arrive before shipping)

PACKING - Our studio uses quality packing materials to ensure a safe delivery. With thousands of paintings shipped worldwide we have had the great fortune to never have a painting damaged.

TRACKING - We will email you your tracking information as soon as we ship your artwork so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

SHIPPING INSURANCE - Is included with every art purchase.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED - Is automatically added to all paintings above a $499.00 value for your added protection.

PHONE NUMBER - Please be sure to leave a contact number when checking out. In order to print your shipping label, FedEx requires a contact number on insured packages in the very rare occasion they have trouble delivering. Your phone number will never be used for any other purpose than delivering your artwork.

INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS - Please contact me for shipping options to you. Remember to leave your full address, country and zip code so I can get you an accurate quote.

FREIGHT SHIPPING - Please allow extra packing, handling and shipping time for XXL art freight orders.

WHAT SIZE IS CONSIDERED FREIGHT? All square paintings above the size of 48" x 48" - Any 60" painting where the width is greater than 42" - Any 72" painting where the width is greater than 36".

The artists always use the exact colors and composition of the artwork in the listing to assure that you will get exactly what you want. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECREATE OR MAKE MY CUSTOM PAINTING? The artist will normally start on your painting as soon as it's ordered. ~WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR ARTWORK?

The materials used by are studio are truly some of the best available on the market today and allows us to produce Gallery/Museum quality works. 

CANVAS - Thick, acid free, triple primed 100% cotton canvas.

STRETCHER BARS - Our studio stretcher bars are finger spliced, knot free, kiln dried solid pine bars that are VERY strong. The finger splicing method is the same wood design they use to build homes with.

PAINT & VARNISH - Our artists are seasoned and only the best oil and acrylic paints. Paintings are finished with an oil or acrylic varnish which provides UV filtering and protects the art from environmental pollutants.

~I JUST PURCHASED ONE OF YOUR UNSTRETCHED PAINTINGS, CAN YOU STRETCH IT FOR ME? 

Yes, we are happy to stretch and ship your large scale painting for you, after all this is what we specialize in. We only charge for the stretcher bars and shipping, there is no extra cost for us to stretch your painting for you.

~HOW DO I KNOW MY PAINTING IS AN ORIGINAL?

When you buy a painting here at Elevate Art Gallery you will be happy to know that you are dealing directly with the artists from start to finish.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY - Is always included on all original artworks and limited edition canvas prints.

If you have purchased a painting from another site and believe your painting is a copy, please contact us right away with photos and any paper work included and we will authenticate the painting for you.
